Extremely fast and Best customer service in OZ

Unbelievably fast freight I have no idea how they post parts so quickly thanks. Awesome to be able to purchase high quality components in Australia at a great price, I always prefer to use these lifters as they are much better quality than the other manufacturers, and they have a much quieter operation, especially in cleveland motors.
Also the customer service team did wonders correcting a damaged parcel which was done during freight. Precision int. resolved the issue in minutes and resent a new item, even though it wasn't their fault.
Its a shame there isnt more companies around like Precision with there customer service values.
