Being a 4 bolt long nose balancer for a windsor v8, and the fact that only the LH water pump engines have this type of balancer, the timing marks are in the wrong position.
The HB1098N are at the 2 oclock position which is for the 3 bolt balancers only.
It should be at the 10 or 11 oclock postion.
Another important bit of missing imformation is the counter weight value.
I eventially found it was a 28ounce one from a site in America.
3 things that need to be stated in the ads or specifications on the harmonic balancers are,
1/ the complete overall length from where it sits agagainst timing gear to the face crank pulley bolts to.
2/ the value of counter weight balance.
3/ the timing zero mark postion.

Good quality, 28 ounce balancer, which on dayco's behalf made it very hard to find specs for and to select correct 4 bolt balancer to suit original 302w with lh water pump inlet as on late 1970 xw and xy falcons.
These HB 1098N balancer have timing marks at 2 o'clock position which is same as 3 bolt 289 and 302w from xr xt xw which have rh water pump inlet.
I think i needed the HB1060N .
A suggestion for Dayco/Powerbond would be to say what position timing pointer is at, either 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock or 2 o'clock positions.
I will use it, means i just have to mark balancer timing for 10 o'clock position as it correct length 4 bolt balancer to suit LH water pump inlet.
