In no way is this a bad product, fit great on the block it just does not fit past cross member on 1965 chevelle. Also if you have a 383 stroker with scat rods and crank the crank scraper will not work the rod bolts touch. Not even close to fitting. The firewall would probably need to be moved back so you could get a gearbox in the car if you want this to fit 1965 chevelle. Engine mounts are almost lined up and 2 inch of sump needs to be removed to come down.
